Celebrities, who constantly re-invent themselves, have inspired millions of women to change their appearance, according to a study of 1,000 British women for online retailer "isme.com".
High profile Queens of Re-Invention - such as Madonna - have influenced everyday women with an estimated 3.5 million changing their own look, after seeing celebrities successfully do the same.
According to the survey, Madonna reaches the top spot with 48% of the votes, and therefore being the "Master Of Re-Invention".

MADONNA’S CHEF ON THE INTESTINAL “GARDENING” THAT HELPS SINGER LOOK SO GOOD AT 53!
The reason Madonna can still call herself a Material Girl may be down to the goings on in her gut.
That the energetic pop queen is still rocking stadiums and flexing enviable abs at 53 is in part thanks to a macrobiotic diet that encourages the growth of bacteria in her bowel which staves off illness and keeps her insides in tip-top condition.
Helped by her personal chef, Mayumi Nishimura, Madonna eats a combination of whole grains, vegetables and seaweed with miso, soy and tempeh that help nurture her intestinal flora.
This type of friendly bacteria is known to aid food digestion, vitamin extraction and help ward off all types of diseases.
One doctor who approves of the singer’s regime is David Topping, chief food-nutrition researcher at Australia’s Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization in Adelaide.
‘This diet that Madonna is following is very sensible. The bacteria that live inside you are fulfilling very important functions.’
Scientists and nutritionists frequently refer to caring for the microbes in the bowel as an exercise in ‘gardening’.

Ms Nishimura, 55, told the Vancouver Sun: ‘We eat food processed as little as possible.’
The chef, who used to cook for cancer patients, is now responsible for looking after one of the world’s most famous bodies and takes on the challenge from sourcing ingredients to crafting the meals.
A few of the star’s favourite dishes, she told the Sun, are seaweed in miso soup; hijiki seaweed served with carrots and onions and seasoned with soy sauce; and cooked oats for breakfast.
And of course the macrobiotic advocate practices what she preaches.
‘When you cut out animal products, white sugar and coffee for 10 days you start to feel the difference,’ she said. ‘When I first began this diet, I remember how my head became clearer, I woke up earlier and felt so fresh in the morning that I didn’t want to stay in bed.’
Madonna attested to the benefits of eating her daily quota of bacteria-inducing foods in her chef’s cook book of 2010.
‘I feel better than I did 20 years ago,’ the loyal client wrote in the preface. ‘I am very grateful to you for this.’

DUBAI: Organisers of Madonna's debut concert in the UAE are leaving no stones unturned as the pop queen prepares to wow more than 50,000 fans over two nights on June 3 and 4 in Abu Dhabi.
Flash Entertainment announced on Wednesday it was doing ‘extensive refurbishment work' to the newly named du Arena (formerly Yas Arena), to enhance every aspect of the venue for the MDNA Tour, one of the biggest it has hosted.
"This is one of the most significant events in the history of regional live entertainment. With over 50,000 people coming to Yas Island to enjoy the concerts and cross-Island parties, we really felt now was the time to enhance the venue and focus on every little detail, from parking and entrances, to walkways and sight lines," said Flash Entertainment's Mira Sadek in a statement.
"Since March, work has been constant and we're sure people are going to appreciate the changes."

Cooling domes, misting machines
Keeping the June weather in mind, multiple cooling domes and misting machines will be installed around the venue and water sold at special prices, Flash said, advising fans to wear light clothing.
Grass has been relayed, gravel removed and tarmac walkways laid down throughout the arena, it added. A central public plaza area featuring merchandise, retail and entertainment has also been installed along with multiple new entrances.
Airconditioned lounges
VIP ticket holders will get dedicated walkways, air conditioned lounges, food and beverage and a dedicated DJ playing in the lounge before Madonna takes to the stage.
Madonna's cantilever stage, at 23 x 54 metres, is of a size and scale never before seen in the UAE, Flash said. It includes a catwalk, a complex pyrotechnic and lighting system with giant LED screens mounted at the back.
Tickets still available
The tickets to Madonna's June 3rd concert in Abu Dhabi were snapped up at supersonic speed, but there's still some ray of hope left. Organiser Flash Entertainment has announced that tickets for the Queen of Pop's second UAE date — June 4 — are still available, starting at Dh495.
One of this region's biggest pop-acts ever, Madonna's concert is tipped to attracts fans from all across the globe.
Tickets priced at Dh495 (general admission standing), Dh695 (Grand stand: reserved seating), Dh 1,095 (Golden circle: standing close to the stage) and Dh2,295 (VIP Hospitality package including private entrance and golden circle ticket) are available at www.thinkflash.ae or at Virgin Megastore outlets in Mall of the Emirates, The Dubai Mall and Abu Dhabi Mall. Jean Paul Gaultier Talks Madonna's "MDNA 2012 World Tour"!
At the mention of Madonna, Jean Paul Gaultier's enthusiasm doubles:
"It’s like a love story that goes on. I love her and admire her", he said. "I think she’s a genius. She definitely has a real sense of fashion."
The two are collaborating on the star’s upcoming "MDNA 2012 World Tour", which kicks off at the end of May.
He declined to reveal any details about what he was designing, saying only that it would be seen on Madonna and her dancers in a section of the concert.
