Dago Gonzalez Involved In Madonna's "MDNA 2012 World Tour", Madonna filming new tour videos!

Dago González, who directed some of the most amazing backdrop videos for Madonna, such as "Paradise Not For Me" and "Bedtime Story", will again be part of a Madonna tour.

Dago is filming several backdrops for Madonna's "MDNA 2012 World Tour".

One of the backdrops to be filmed is the one for "Masterpiece".

Most of what has been cut for now is inspired by the Spanish Basque Country.

Scenes of traditional and religious ceremonies have already been shot for the videos and imagery, like the huge Basque sun, is heavily being used.

More videos will be filmed in the coming next few days, including one featuring the tour dancers doing choreographies and Madonna close-ups.

Madonna: "MDNA 2012 World Tour" Show In Israel To Be Used As Promo!

Madonna’s management is planning to film a few numbers at the opening show in Tel Aviv on May 31st, 2012, some sources say.

For now, four different performances will be selected, and will then be used in the upcoming months as promo material for the "MDNA 2012 Tour" worldwide.

She may be a Material Girl, but Madonna loves her budget buys, too. In fact, the singer told PEOPLE that when she’s hanging out at home, she wears basic Victoria’s Secret sweatpants. However, Madonna does have some bigger beauty buys; she said she can’t live without Yves Saint Laurent mascara in aubergine (it highlights her favorite feature, her eyes) and often has to hide her makeup bag from her daughters. According to the star, “Lourdes steals my tweezers, and Mercy [takes] my pink lip gloss.”

Though Madonna herself is a style icon, she draws inspiration from a roster of famous women. “Wallis Simpson, fashion-wise,” she told PEOPLE at her recent fragrance launch in N.Y.C. “Sophia Loren, what a great beauty. I’m old school — I like a lot of the actresses from days gone by, like Marlene Dietrich, Rita Hayworth, Bette Davis. Women who are strong and opinionated and hardworking, productive, resourceful, working girls, working mothers, but they manage to look good, too.”

Perhaps that’s where her current mantra comes from; when asked what she’d tell her younger self about life, she replied simply, “Looks aren’t everything.”

New Madonna Promo Interviews on French Radio NRJ!

Madonna has recently called French radio NRJ for a telephone interview that will be broadcasted in two 10-minute segments for different promo events.

NRJ Radio will broadcast the first part this Wednesday to promote the release of Madonna’s latest film W.E. in France.

Listeners will have to wait until May 30th, the day before the opening of the MDNA Tour, for the second half, in which Madonna will be talking about the MDNA album and the MDNA Tour.

Finally, starting May 31st, NRJ launches a huge contest in France that will continue throughout June where MDNA Tour tickets for the European dates will be up for grabs!

The ink has barely dried on the reviews on Madonna's first celebrity fragrance, Truth or Dare, and the famous singer is taunting us with hints of an upcoming release that will involve the gentlemen this time around. Will this new venture involve raiding the liquor cabinet? You'll be the judge after reading some of her comments on the issue and about her daughter Lourdes's preferences in fragrances.



“I think it would be good to do a men’s fragrance, as well,” the pop star revealed to WWD, clarifying it took her 15 years to reach a point where she felt what she wanted could be met for her first eponymous scent. “My daughter thinks so. She wants to wear it. She likes to wear men’s cologne —don’t ask me why.
"I love musk and amber and woody kind of fragrances on men. I love the smell of whiskey —we should make a men’s cologne that smells like whiskey. I can’t drink it, it’s too strong, but it smells amazing —a really good old whiskey.”
