MADONNA AND MILEY CYRUS COLLABORATING?

Madonna revealed parts of the lyrics of REBEL HEART on her Instagram. The curious thing, is that the Queen of Pop tagged Miley Cyrus and MoZella on her post.

Following Madonna’s post, Miley Cyrus responded with a picture in which she wears a Madonna tee. Naked.

MoZella co-wrote Miley Cyrus’s hit WRECKING BALL and has been confirmed (officially) as a collaborator on Madonna’s new album.

Could these three talented women be collaborating on the song REBEL HEART? I wouldn’t be surprised.

ELLY JACKSON ABOUT MADONNA : SHE’S AN ARTIST

Elly Jackson has gushed that Madonna made sexuality artistic, but she thinks many pop stars now get naked for the attention and not the art.

The queen of pop changed the way sexuality was viewed when she released her coffee table book Sex in 1992, which featured provocative and graphic images.
She also revolutionised stage costumes when she debuted her Jean Paul Gaultier cone corset during her 1990 Blond Ambition tour. Unfortunately The La Roux singer thinks Madonna’s original message has been lost amongst today’s pop stars.

“She made it artistic and she knew exactly what she was doing,” Elly explained to British newspaper Metro. “Now I feel it’s often just an excuse to get attention.
“I’m sure if I stripped naked and released a video, a million people would watch it as well – purely to go, what the HELL, La Roux’s naked? Not because they thought it was hot, just because it was shocking. It’s a cheap way to get mention, and it’s too easy.”

Elly is known for her edgy androgynous style, and her short quiffed hair style has influenced many of her fans to copy it.

While the 26-year-old has nothing against music stars shedding their cloths while performing, she does wish it wasn’t done in front of their young fans.

“Female pop stars can do whatever they want – I’m not telling them to go inside and put their clothes on. It’s about saying that if women do want to take their clothes off, can we just not aim it at seven-year-olds? That’s my only point,” she sighed.

MADONNA IS #1 IN THE “TOP 10 ARTISTS WHO HAS HELPED THE LGBT MOVEMENT”

In the 1980s, many people were using the AIDS epidemic as an excuse to perpetuate homophobia. Madonna was one of the first mainstream figures who spoke out in defense of the gay community at this time. She got involved in the fight against AIDS, encouraging research and the practice of safe sex. She brought vogueing—a style of dance started in New York’s gay club scene—to the mainstream and featured footage from a gay pride parade in her tour documentary, “Truth or Dare.” She also featured gay, lesbian, and bisexual affection in “Truth or Dare,” the “Justify My Love” video and her “Sex” book. This was still in the early 1990s, before it was a trendy thing for female pop stars to do. More recently, Madonna has spoken out against bullying, anti-gay laws in Malawi and Russia, and the Boy Scouts’ anti-gay policy.

The full top 10 artists is:

Madonna
Janet Jackson
Macklemore & Lewis
Demi Lovato
Melissa Etheridge

DITA VON TEESE : NO ONE IN POP MUSIC CAN COMPETE WITH MADONNA

After being asked which pop stars she feels have incorporated elements of Burlesque successfully into their performances, Dita Von Teese says…

“Madonna is one of the only popstars ever in history… if you watch her career, she’s smart, she knows her research. Every persona she has taken on she’s translated to the very heights of where it could go. I don’t see anybody in modern pop music that can really do that. When I look at Madonna, I see that she gets every detail correct, and she has a good team too, but it takes someone’s leading at the top to really arrive to that.

That’s why when I see pop shows I’m like ‘oh wow this isn’t very interesting’, you know, Madonna was wearing Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture on stage in the 90s.”

When asked if she listens to the radio, she quickly replies…

“I don’t listen to anything on the radio. I don’t think there’s any good music being played on the radio. There’s such an industry now and so policitcal of what gets played..
I don’t hear anything [on the radio today] that’s relative to Prince, David Bowie, and Madonna. Stuff that really stands the test of time. I don’t…”

Madonna's Court Room Chic!

Madonna reports for jury duty dressed to impress!

Madonna shows up for jury duty July 7/2014

The Material Girl — who had been excused in May thanks to a doctor’s note — was flanked by a security entourage as the entered into the first-floor clerk’s office and not the regular jury assembly room on Monday. She was excused because there was ‘ample jurors’ today and bypassed being questioned to join a panel because her presence was causing a commotion at the courthouse.

Who’s that girl showing up for jury duty? Yep, it’s Madonna.

After dodging a jury summons with a doctor’s note on May 27, Madonna arrived at 60 Centre St. Monday morning with an entourage fit for a diva — two male bodyguards and two female assistants.

But she was soon gone. While regular folks summoned to do their civic duty sat through hours of waiting, Madonna was sprung after an hour and a half.

She was about 30 minutes late for her 10 a.m. scheduled arrival time, which is an hour later than the 9 a.m. time regular prospective jurors are asked to arrive.

“I’m proud to do my job,” she said, standing tall as she left the courthouse with a gaggle of handlers and security guards.

She didn’t respond to questions about special treatment.

On her way out of the iconic building overlooking Foley Square, the Material Girl showed she could still turn heads.

“That’s Madonna!” one star-struck onlooker said.
“She looks so thin, right?” another chimed in.

A group of fans stopped in their tracks to capture the pop icon’s court cameo.
The Upper West Sider had been ushered into the first-floor clerk’s office instead of the regular jury assembly room.

Madonna was not questioned for a panel.

A court official said the decision was made to let her go early because her presence was a distraction.

“We had ample jurors today and had we needed her, she would have been sent out on a panel,” said New York State Unified Court System spokesman David Bookstaver. “We had sufficient jurors not to have created a further distraction for the courthouse.”
“She got credit for her service and we’re delighted she came,” he added.
Madonna is off the hook for jury service in New York for six years.

MADONNA PRAISED BY BOXING LEGEND

Madonna is being hailed as a HERO in the boxing community … so says boxing Hall of Famer Tommy “The Hitman” Hearns who’s praising the singer for saving a Detroit boxing gym

FYI — Madge recently returned from a trip to Detroit and announced she’d be making “significant” donations to 3 organizations … including the Downtown Youth Boxing Gym.

Madonna says she was super-impressed with the programs at the gym that have helped it achieve a 100% graduation rate. Recently, the gym’s main building was condemned … so, Madge’s donation will allow the place to make renovations and continue to operate.

Now, Hearns — who grew up in Detroit — tells TMZ Sports Madonna’s generosity will have a HUGE impact with young boxers and the community as a whole.

“I think it’s awesome for her to help, being as big as she is,” Hearns says … “The people who get the help she provides will probably shed tears.”

In fact, Hearns says he hopes Madonna’s philanthropy will inspire other successful Detroit natives to give back — “They should do as much as they can. It’s where they came from, and it’s not a great situation right now.”

MADONNA HITS CYCLE HOUSE IN WEST HOLLYWOOD

A day after teasing her new single, “Messiah,” to fans, Madonna proved she was a fitness god at a spin class at Cycle House in West Hollywood.

Spies say the Material Girl discreetly slipped into the studio as the 1 p.m. warm-up began.

Once she strapped into her bike, she “took off in full force,” never letting up during the 55-minute session.

Madonna on Tuesday revealed a picture of sheet music with the not-so-humbly titled song on Instagram, writing: “Coming soon . . . #promise #keep #sorceress #deep.”
